We have after school and evening sessions Tuesday through to Friday each night and then we offer Saturday morning sessions. Our classes for 4-7 yrs are fast and fun-filled and last 30 mins to make sure we keep their full engagement and attention span throughout. Our 7-11 yrs and 11-16yrs classes are 45 minutes, still fast paced and fun filled, but giving us that extra time to focus on technique development. Our adults classes, 16yrs+ are 60 minutes to ensure you get an all action, all round, full body workout each time you come!

For the first class we want you to be comfortable and at ease, so wear anything comfortable you can easily move in, for example joggers, shorts, leggings and t-shirt or vest top. Once you have joined the club we will sort your uniform, and then you can enjoy building up your Factory Martial Arts sportswear collection in our shop! We train either barefoot on that mats, or your can wear non-slip socks (the sort you get from a trampoline park!). Don't worry if you don't have any, we sell them on site and you can buy them before your first class with either cash or card.

Absolutely not! All classes are suitable for all levels and you'll be made to feel that you can whatever your fitness/experience level. our classes are no ego and we create a supportive and inclusive culture where everyone is focussed on their own journeys and you can take everything at your own pace. The only person being hard on you is you! We always say, 'You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!'

Your first class is totally free of charge and then after that we charge an initial sign up fee that includes your first month's sessions, your uniform and a small admin fee to get you signed up. After that, we charge a monthly direct debit depending on the age group of classes you join, and how many sessions a week you'd like to do. All ages 7yrs+ can do up to 3 sessions each week.

Martial Arts, above all promotes self discipline and conflict avoidance. Our classes at The Factory are focussed on fun and fitness, and our main goal is to give children a love of exercise and moving their bodies for strength, not violence. We are very different to most other kickboxing clubs, as we don't offer 'fighting' opportunities until children are 11yrs+, and even then, it's certainly not our main focus. We want children to be well-rounded, kind and confident individuals, who can defend themselves if needed. Our Head Coach and Owner, Lucy, has a background in childcare and nursery management, so you can be assured that all classes are tailored specifically to age and are focussed on promoting gross motor skills, core strength and fitness before anything else.
