Join our 4 week introduction to kickboxing course for beginners. Get a fully body workout each week to increase your kickboxing knowledge, strength, flexibility and overall fitness. Those who have tried it once are hooked, and you’re very welcome to join our main classes to continue your kickboxing journey once this course has finished.

Open to all over the age of 16yrs, running each week 7.15-8pm for 4 weeks, starting on Tuesday 11th June. Limited spaces available!
